UPDATE: My next court date vs MarineLand is this Fri. They sued me in 2013 for revealing animal abuse and have been using the court system to try to bankrupt me into silence. MarineLand will also be sentenced Aug 15 for their recent animal abuse conviction regarding their bears.

Flew above MarineLand today. They won’t let me in the park, but they can’t keep me out. Their end is near.

UPDATE: Back in court tomorrow morning vs MarineLand - 10am St. Catharine’s courthouse. They sued me in 2013 for “plotting to steal Smooshi the walrus” then abused for legal system for more than a decade to try to silence my advocacy. It didn’t work.

UPDATE: Today was a good day in court, but not if you were MarineLand. They tried to defend illogical positions, were caught outright lying and were visibly frustrated (and humiliated). Still, you never know how a judge will decide. We’ll have her endorsements soon. Stay tuned!
