'Iszard's dry dock', pastel and watercolour by T. van Thijskheide (1967), featuring the Musgrave Engine House, close to the site of East London Waterworks Park πŸŠπŸƒπŸ’šπŸƒπŸŠ #EastLondonWaterworksPark. Built in 1922-24, this was the last of the 7 engine houses to be built at #Lea Bridge Waterworks. #History

The unpolluted water at the rural Lea Bridge, sustained this celebrated fishery until c.1860.
