A randomized study of intermittent calorie restriction in people with #MultipleSclerosis — recently published in Journal of Neurology, Neurosurgery and Psychiatry — found a reduction in serum leptin levels, an increase in blood regulatory T-cells and improved cognitive testing after 12 weeks. jnnp.bmj.com/content/early/…
