First Grade read the book The Little Red Pen by Janet Stevens and Susan Crummel. Little Red Pen has to grade papers and accidentally rolls into the trash can. Third grade students received a visit from the Raleigh Dance Theatre. They learned dance moves as they discussed book characters and their feelings.
