Beaut evening after the rain cleared Chiswick RFC for the second London Irish Academy U16 DPP. All players challenged to write one thing they learned last week as their entrance fee with one player feeding back the three words that stood out most to him for defence and attack 💭
From mixing up isolated, conditioned and adaptive methodologies, to drip feeding coaching points, allowing players to explore/create, introducing the U16 mentor groups & connection tasks. The learning climate London Irish Academy Chiswick DPP is building into a special place. ☘️☘️☘️
