Our Young Adventurers followed the smell of wood smoke through the trees to find Joe & Caroline from #WyeCoppice, making charcoal. As 90% of the charcoal used in Britain is imported, from as far as Namibia & Paraguay, buying local charcoal helps cut worldwide carbon emissions.
