Has anyone tabulated which protest waves are studied the most? For example how many papers there are about 1989-1991, the US Civil Rights, Arab Spring, etc. Bonus points for a distinction between qualitative and quantitative.

Another reminder that #Microsoft products are the worst: Outlook formats _ as italics & you _can't turn this feature off_. Sending emails about variable names with underscores means always undoing Microsoft's action. I appreciate the thought but why not let me turn it off 😠😡

I enjoyed this JCR paper about a survey of returning veterans' attitude towards democracy in Ukraine; has implications for current Ukraine because of massive manpower shortages plus increased draft dodging and deserters. journals.sagepub.com/doi/full/10.11…

Does anyone have Twitter credentials for Basic Developer access to share? I am working through UCLA bureaucracy for it; meantime I have an RA waiting on me. I would only need the credentials temporarily, hopefully a very short time. The query does not affect monthly quotas.
