Found out just today that Pocket Casts lets you set per-podcast Playback Effects, such as speed and volume boost. Really wish this was surfaced in the player UI somehow, because I needed this feature for years, and never thought to go looking for it. Great to have it now though!

The Kotlin/Native team has been pretty active making things better and FASTER. Specifically, incremental compilation of debug builds on iOS+. Turn it on with kotlin.incremental.native=true. Now they've added tons of updates to that feature. Highly recommend checking it out! ⚙️

It's hard to overstate how excellent the Kotlin in Action book is as a reference for the language. I'm updating my Kotlin uni course this week and have both editions on hand to see if I'm missing any topics and to find nice examples to explain concepts. Such a joy.
