Building capacity at the neighbourhood level to support people in times of crises. If we have learned anything from the last 5 years, it's the importance of localized supports!

Every night, over 60 people are sleeping on chairs because no beds are available. 275 people are sleeping outside, and Ottawa anticipates that 70% of this group will need to access shelter when winter hits our city. startswithhome.ca/ottawa_s_homel… >
