We are the lowest paid in the region and we are one of only three colleges that do not offer healthcare coverage to part-time faculty.

Administrators talk about promoting DEI, but actions speak louder than words. The adjunct faculty are the most diverse employee group at College of the Canyons, and yet adjuncts receive lower pay & benefits and have less job security than every other employee group at the college
