It was truly inspiring to connect with @flavianamayutta, @jeaneudesbisonga, & @victormugaruka from International Conference on the Great Lakes Region to learn about their strong aspirations & determination to champion refugee rights in the region. We are grateful for the insightful conversation.
ARN representatives are currently in Burundi to have engagements with refugees, returnees & local actors in Bujumbura. They have also engaged with International Conference on the Great Lakes Region & Regional Durable Solutions Secretariat (ReDSS) to assess the refugee situation there.
