Herniated disk. The pain is 10+ overdid bathing my allergic 100+lb dog. Had forgotten this pain, most of mine is 🔥neuropathy. My leg keeps going numb below my knee. Will nvr let spine Dr touch me since CSF leak. Advil=🤡🎪

My Uni came yesterday afternoon. Ty Arianne 4 her, she's so adorable & I named her Eunice, to go w/Lila(lilac pp) & Phoebe (pink kitty). My aunt said her cats wld wreck Pheobe so she wants me to keep her. They do help me so much 🫂

I've been seeing so many posts where ppl r being taken off their anxiety meds to get pms. We know taken as directed they're safe. I opted to accept psych 4 anx meds when pcp retired, bcz new drs wouldn't take me. Telemed psych, np.
