#ThrowbackThursday - last year our students took part in the 'Know your onions' project. They sold their products at the Inverness Street Market showing maturity as well as fantastic business & customer service skills & received a surprise visit from the Camden mayor. School Food Matters

This week it was the turn of the french cooking club. The year 7s followed a classic recipe for crêpes by preparing the batter from scratch, letting it rest, heating the pan and planning their filling. All the students worked hard and produced some delicious results. #BonAppetit

This time last week year 7s cooked up a storm in the languages extra-curricular cooking session after school. Students tried their hand at the famous and delicious spanish recipe – churros con chocolate and thoroughly enjoyed the experience!

The RE department are running a series of talks from visiting speakers on different faiths. This time it was the turn of Jehovah's Witnesses to speak to their students about their religion, including the meaning behind their name.

Yesterday a selection of students took a trip to the Royal Albert Docks as part of the Active Row Programme they are doing with @LondonYouthRowing in school. It was a fantastic experience in which the students applied the team work skills they had learnt in the morning workshops.

Today we are covering #NationalHateCrimeAwarenessWeek in tutor time. This year 7 tutor group focused on how it might feel to be the victim of a hate crime and how hate can be borne out of fear. The group showed great maturity while discussing the topic.
