12pm Update: Quick updates on assessing tornado damage: I just surveyed the damage near 186th and Ida Streets (see photos) with Councilmember Dan Begley, and I am in touch with Councilmembers Melton and Harding, who represent the areas primarily affected by the tornados. 1/

Here are the details from an 8:56am update sent to citizens via email from the City of Omaha. Amazing news that there are no known deaths as a result of the tornados.
