I have had to do work throughout all this, whilst trying to find a resolution & secure accommodation. I think I have been exceptionally patient.
I am still in London. I still have work to do. And Airbnb is still avoiding fulfilling their promises.

deeply regretting the terrible mistake of booking an airbnb for my holiday. airbnb is now essentially inferior to hotel in every way: price, convenience, cleanliness, comfort, amenities. and reviews can no longer be trusted for anything.

Airbnb Help I rented A Airbnb. There is no bed available in the house. The host is not responding and customer service is not helpful. I’m reporting this as fraud on my account. This is fraud.
Lynraine, the ambassador is not helpful.

Airbnb Helpless @AirbnbHelp AirBnb was fast to reply on social media, but not so fast on their support platform, which is ironic - guests have to get support on social media instead of the AirBnb dedicated support channels.

Airbnb Help you’re literally no help at all i’ve been in contact with airbnb for two weeks now. all airbnb support does is say they will deal with it and then say they can’t help me. i’m disappointed and feel unfairly treated

I hate racists Airbnb is also no help at all. They deleted my review to the host because it was ‘biased’.But they kept the hosts review on my profile up in which they called me and my friends aggressive and traumatising😭 (because we took glasses out of the kitchen)
