Last night we celebrated Dr. George Sarosi’s last year as the UF Surgery General Surgery Program Director. Dr. Sarosi has been PD for 15 years and has left a profound impact on countless residents and the entire field of surgery.

Our liver program topped the SRTR report! 1y survival is the highest in the country,+99%. Our kidney program secured the #2 spot for the last 3 cycles. As the UF campaign says,“If your life is in our hands, we don’t want to be good; we want to be the best there is.” ASTS
