Today we honor and ask ourselves, how can we make his vision of a just world a reality? A contemporary of Anne Frank (both were born in 1929), he inspires us to lend a hand to those whose voices need to be lifted. Because we are all connected.

In June of 1944, Anne & Margot were hopeful that the war would be over as soon as September and that they would be able to return to school.
Tragically, the eight that were in hiding within the Annex arrived on the last Westerbork train to Auschwitz-Birkenau on September 5, 1944.

Today, June 12th, is Anne Frank’s birthday. She would have been 94.

With each passing birthday, she wrote more about her own arc of self discovery and how much she had changed.

What would you write to Anne on her birthday?
