The underrated Zuck move:
FB realized that the only sustainable biz model in the stack is one that requires them to own the the OS & hardware.
The move to Meta is about to be followed by a shift to more FB owned devices other than the new watch & Occulus (VR headset)

I have the same visceral negative reaction to this that most of you do. And I disagree with their policy proposals. But…this is textbook “good” protest. Very attention getting with minimal harm. These are parts of healthy societies and democracies.

I’ve been learning about these biases for ~17 years now and still benefit from at least a quarterly refresher. Helpful to have them top of mind. At least once a day I catch myself falling for one of these biases and try to correct.

Hans is now the Craig Wright of the chess world, trying to abuse legal process to silence critics. That's probably too generous to Craig though, since Hans is at least a competent player without the cheating.
