A weekend lunch in the gentle Tashkent sunshine. Achichuk with the freshest local tomatoes (best in world), yogurt & dill salad, fruit plov, spinach & bryndza (local cheese) somsa & ginger lemon tea. Needed a long walk afterwards but totally worth it. #lifeinTashkent Caroline Eden
