Ready to fly 👨‍🚀👩‍🚀

Our European Space Agency astronaut candidates took several flights on Air ZeroG ✈️ this week, experiencing the feeling of weightlessness during the parabolic flight paths to prepare them for moving around on the International International Space Station 🛫🛬

This was their final training

International Space Station European Space Agency ESA Technology ESA Commercialisation Gateway ESA France ESA Nederland ESA astronaut Thomas Pesquet carried out three spacewalks in the span of 10 days to install two of the new solar arrays, called iROSA, in 2021. 👨‍🚀☀️

The design of these new solar arrays will be used to power the lunar Gateway #ForwardToTheMoon 🌚
