In his opening remarks Zeph Niyonkuru Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Sports|Rwanda welcomed all delegates to Rwanda as well as thanking ICC for appointing Rwanda to host fruitful conference. He also touched different sporting events that are set to be hosted in Rwanda.
