Great discussion w/ civil society organizations OeFSE in 🇦🇹about global challenges the world is facing and how the World Bank reform efforts are enabling us to better tackle them. Together, we explored how IDA - World Bank is essential to ending poverty on a livable planet.

Engaging discussion w/ Wolfgang Katzian Wolfgang Katzian President of Austrian Trade Union Federation. We discussed the importance of #IDA21 to promote job creation in low-income countries and how the World Bank and trade unions can strengthen our cooperation and learn from each other.

Good to meet Magnus Brunner today in Vienna & discuss the World Bank transformation to better serve members incl thru a new Knowledge Compact - and the leveraging capacity of IDA - World Bank as we prepare for #IDA21 replenishment, w strong endorsement received at the Africa HoS Summit.
