Thank you St Eds Cathedral for another meaningful and moving Palm Sunday afternoon. The audience were amazed by the intensity and power of Wolfgang Rihm’s music, it was a perfect start to tour. See you tomorrow St Mary's Beverley can’t wait!

This is obviously fair comment BUT he was also one of the few (only?) around who would put some Stockhausen next to his Beethoven and Chopin. C.f. Perahia...
