If you secured a 30-year fixed mortgage on a $600,000 home at a 2.6% interest rate in 2021, you have the same monthly mortgage payment as someone that just bought a $392,000 home at today’s 6.2% interest rate.

Their revenue from datacenter has now almost doubled gaming, yet many still focus on the -33% YoY cyclical gaming revenue and crypto falloff.

Nvidia will be a datacenter leader in the AI revolution over the next few decades imo.

We will slowly become a nation of renters as inflation dissolves the middle class.

Even institutions were swooping up single family homes last two years.

I expect further downside, but feel there are some great long term opportunities emerging for a few asymmetric plays.
