Just listened to your podcast Joel Bardall Todd Von Joel Fix Radio from this week. I'm guilty of all that 10 ten signs of being overworked! I never seem to leave work and anyways thinking about it. Its really hard getting the work balance right. I'm not very good at it 😬

Although it’s great to be busy (especially in the current climate) it still that doesn’t mean you’ll stop feeling exhausted! 😴
