Sites of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) describe an area that is significant in science due to rare species of flora and fauna, important geology or physiological features.

Due to building works taking place at the National Park Visitor Centre in Libanus on Wednesday 18th October, there will be no access to the centre or toilets after 12pm.

The car park will still be open.

Patrols conducted following numerous complaints from local residents. 7 riders given advice, 4 from Birmingham.

Car parks in the Waterfalls Area will be very busy over the holiday season.

Please only park in designated car parks and not on roadsides or gateways.

Have cash and card as a payment method.

Don’t rely on sat nav, follow road signs and advice from staff.

When exploring the National Park, always remember that signs are there for a reason.
