On drill night we took part in a HGV exercise with Hardley Fire Station Hythe Fire Station Totton Fire Station understanding different stabilisation and extrication methods. A big thanks to Waite & Son Haulage for providing the vehicles and expert knowledge!

This is the aftermath from yesterdays fire in Sowley, at it height we had 6 pumps 2 water carriers and the ALP. Working with crews from Hampshire & Isle of Wight Fire & Rescue Service Dorset&Wiltshire FRS . This was our 23rd call this week. Last night we picked up our 10th call since Monday battling to save two houses in Lymington. Working with crews from Lymington Fire Station New Milton Fire Stn . Earlier in the evening we spent a few hours with Hythe Fire Station Hardley Fire Station Totton Fire Station at a large fire in Blackfield.

Crews faced a very challenging fire in arduous conditions for several hours yesterday evening working with The New Forest - Forestry England Charlotte Emily Belcher . We attended at 6am this morning for re-inspection. Multiple crews attended this incident and a top effort from all crews involved.
Like many Hampshire & Isle of Wight Fire & Rescue Service stations a big shift has been put in this past week! We have finished with 21 calls over last few days. A very challenging period for Hampshire & Isle of Wight Fire Control . A special Thank You to the local employers allowed the firefighters to respond.

In the early hours of this morning we picked up our 21st fire call of the month to a well developed Barn Fire near Marchwood. Hampshire & Isle of Wight Fire Control are certainly keeping us on our toes this month!
