Had the chance to taste Ryelaw, the new Scottish rye whisky from InchDairnie Distillery last week. For me it was abundant with overripe banana, toasted marshmallows, strawberry laces and honeycomb with a touch of American cake frosting and baking spice. Soft, precise, delicious.
