What’s wrong? You ask

My brain:
I’m ugly
I’m fat
I’m a failure
I’m disgusting
I’m depressed
I’m suffering due to my autism
I hate I’m being gaslighted
I can’t do anything right
I’m just not okay

My answer: Nothing, I’m fine it just been a long day

I’m haven’t had a full autistic shutdown in a couple of years and as hard as it is I need no I want to educate people

It’s like my voice has been snatched away - I don’t have a choice over it, all I can do is take time to look after myself

Although to be fair it’s them that deserve this they are outstanding in what they do
