Ok. One last time: #LongCOVID , #PEM and exercise. Let's talk and I'll try to be REAL clear and REAL simple. If someone has PEM, exercise is contraindicated. Not only do you not prescribe/suggest exercise, you recommend avoiding exercise. That's it. Simple. No gray area.

if there is someone that still doesn’t believe Long Covid is a real biological condition, and similar ME/CFS, in 2024, I can only say
1- I am sorry 4you
2- you should seriously consider how you study new literature
3- you should also reconsider your role if you are a doctor

Previous ONS studies have shown that children are JUST AS LIKELY to develop Long Covid after their 2nd infection as those infected for the 1st time.

Just because they’ve had Covid once & were fine, it doesn’t mean they’ll be fine the next time…
