We’re using the last months of Latin America Centre of Asia-Pacific Excellence funding to leave lasting legacies for New Zealand-Latin American relations, including in the university sector we’re currently based in New Zealand Embassy in Mexico 🇳🇿 Alfredo Pérez Bravo Embamex N. #APECPeru2024 event at Victoria University was an excellent occasion to hear the remarks of Minister for Trade, Todd McClay, the Ambassador of Peru, Jose Emilio Bustinza , and panelists about the opportunities that the relationship between NZ and Latin America provides.

Fantastic to see all the planning for this delegation come to fruition — and with a great group of travellers. We had a productive start to our trip in Mexico City, with top support from New Zealand Embassy in Mexico 🇳🇿 and excellent dialogues with the universities & agencies we visited
