谢阳曾是 #709大抓捕 中被失踪、被酷刑的人权律师。2022年1月11日，因捍卫言论自由而再次被长沙市公安局非法逮捕，关押于长沙市第一看守所。2年3个月，至今未审未判，被最高法院几次延期至今。

据维权网报道，4月17日， #季孝龙 案二审被维持原判。

季孝龙在2022年8月上海疫情封控期间，向时任上海市委书记李强发出实名请愿书，批评当局4月封城造成人道灾难，要求李强下台并承担重大事故责任，8月31日被捕，2023年10月27日被以 #寻衅滋事罪 判刑4年6个月。

据维权网报道， #湖南衡阳小群教会 基督徒 #陈文胜 涉嫌组织、资助非法聚集罪一案于4月18日开庭，未宣判。

官方指定了一位法律援助律师，但在法庭上基本上是陈文胜自我辩护。检察院量刑建议三年以下从重处罚。

陈文胜表示甘愿为信仰受苦，可以重判，但作为公民，请法院公正审判。
