This request for a retroactive publication ban is absurd.

Canada is a democracy. Courts should never order journalists to delete an article they’ve already published.

Threatening to fine a reporter $50,000 or imprison him for five years unless he complies is indefensible.

Developers get more support fr the NS gov, but Nova Scotians still must wait for a trickle-down? What is the cost? The HST can be a punishing flat tax for so many. Providing relief through the NS Affordable Living Tax Credit would be a direct help to people who need it.
