Dear BC Wildlife Park, this bear, tag number 1901 as shown in the picture, seen near Alberta-BC border on Hwy 93 in @kootenayNP need your attention with its rear left leg very badly injured and having severe difficulty walking. May need to be removed from wild urgently.

Greg Dowling Calgary Observer Chris Fisher The vets/staff at a wildlife rehab facility might have a good guess as to what might have caused this injury, but a clipped ear like this could have happened when the deer was a fawn. I suspect it will do just fine!
