Panthers GM Scott Fitterer said they were very close to the picks (2,3,4,5) getting to end of 1st round value on his trade chart. Didn't quite get there. But it was close enough to make the deal with SF.

Fitterer said the picks give them ammo to trade up if they need to do so.
