Noticed over the weekend that we had a pump in oSnap TVS. Turns out Barnbridge's $BOND had pumped more than 300%.

There are two main ways to incentivize participation in governance:
1. You can reduce the friction to participate in the process.
2. You can increase the impact and responsibilities of said governance.
