Teaching your teenager how to argue his point by supporting his position is fun.

Having your teenager argue with you using those skills is less fun.

Just a reminder that there’s still no cure for the common cold. I promise we’re not hiding one. Yes they suck but please realize that emergency departments are overwhelmed and routine coughs and colds are best waited out at home. If ++ difficulty breathing, please come in though!

When I was really little and bored while in the emergency department (I was there a lot) my mother and I would play connect the dots with my freckles and draw pictures all over my arms.

Charlie was doing the same thing & it brought that happy memory to mind.
