Are you incorporating decision making into your drill work?

Great drill here to train decision making between receive/block.

Catcher focuses on good glove load and chest press while being patient and making aggressive decisions with the glove late.

Keep Strikes, Strikes!

Part of this is making strong, fluid moves on strikes that are not in intended location.

Some keys to this:

1. Setup on the plate! We like our catchers to have at least 70% of their body on the plate at all times to cover balls on the white.
