Not all dilated main PD in pts with BD-IPMN is 'mixed' IPMN. The updated evidence-based Kyoto guidelines acknowledge this. Case🔽 5 cm genu BD-IPMN with associated PD dilation; 7 mm ⏬ to 3 mm after FNA of IPMN (30ml fluid).
