President of CNOOC Liu Xiangdong reiterated their commitment on CSR to create more Jobs for Ugandans, protect ecology, skill transfering and others. He also stressed with joint efforts of China-Uganda, the oil project goes on well and the oil dream of Uganda will take off soon.
