Untapped potential here. Freaky athlete. Came to the US from London as a very raw player. One of best rebounders in the country per 40 minutes. Will improve Tech immediately in rebounding, defense, and athleticism. Two years left.

Arkansas OT Andrew Chamblee, one of the portal’s most coveted linemen, is expected to schedule visits with Kansas State, Colorado, Virginia Tech and UCLA, per agents @fcprospects_ and callmeagentdwil. SMU and Indiana have also expressed interest in a visit.

Fairfield transfer Jalen Leach tells me he’s locked in the following visits:

Virginia Tech: April 12th - 13th

Northwestern: April 15th - 16th

Leach was First Team All-MAAC this season, finishing with averages of 16.2PPG, 4.1RPG and 3.0APG on the year.

Line 114 had the effective date. So there’s no effective date now.

Thanks Mit Winter it has been shocking how common this practice is. It’s a real minefield for athletes with dishonest coaches and collectives on one side and “agents” (the type that deserve quotes) seeking out and deceiving athletes on the other side.

This is one reason real revenue sharing is needed in college athletics.

The current compensation model sometimes leads to the athletes not getting paid.

Had some interesting conversations with current college 🏀 players and others in the space this weekend.

Most notable, some #NIL collectives are still operating without contracts and not paying guys what they promised (either in the recruiting process or after guys committed).

Gonna be one of those nights.
