Rich and creamy vanilla rice pudding is served with poached Yorkshire rhubarb, caramelised white chocolate and a juicy rhubarb sorbet.

Our Cin Cin Negroni is a staple on our menu.

It’s made with @‌CampariUK, @regalrogue rose vermouth, Whitley Neill Gin Gin, and rhubarb bitters. Served over ice, it’s the perfect start to the weekend.

Originally from a mountainous area on the eastern side of Sardinia, culurgiones are a wonderful stuffed pasta in the shape of wheat grain.
