The Australian BOM was founded in 1908, which is why their official records start i 1910. Conspiracy theorists like to point to pre 1910 data as some hidden data that proves global warming isn't real, but it's not part of the record because measurement wasn't standardized then.

Their central estimate of current policy warming (2.8C) and range (2.1C to 3.9C) is quite consistent with ClimateActionTracker (2.7C, ranging from 2C to 3.6C) and others in the literature:
