The title of 'coach' is a privilege. The relationships and opportunities for positive impact should never be taken lightly.

John Wooden used to say, 'a good coach can change a game but a great coach can change a life.'

Be the kind of teammate you'd want to play with.

PLAYERS: If you don't work on your game this off-season, you just might be rewarded with the best seat in the house.

We should all take a moment to remember and honor the unbelievable sacrifice Pat Tillman made for this country.

Walking away from millions in the NFL to go serve in the US Army post 9/11 is not a choice many would make.

And yet, Pat not only sacrificed his millions and a NFL…

PLAYERS: Talent is just a starting point. Just because you have talent doesn't mean you're good. You maximize your success when your work ethic, attitude, hustle, and consistency start to match the level of your talent.

PARENTS: One day, our kids will be finished playing sports and they will be adults raising their own kids. The best thing that we can do now is to teach them how to be good, happy people so they can, in turn, one day raise good, happy people.
