Normally I would make a sarcastic funny post about her being a celeb and needing her autograph but this time I’ll be genuine and just say-I am super proud of Jessica Twaddle and honored to have her on staff. HOF hitter but even better person, mentor, coach&friend. 💜

A couple more ways:
1. Run with your glove (not with it by your thigh like you’re running w/ a 20 lb dumbbell)
2. Use poor throws as a chance to showcase how well you can receive a bad ball. If you can’t catch it- RUN and go get it!
3. When you’re on bases-look for the extra 60😄

A few ways to practice being intentional during Summer ball:
1. Pitchers-warm up with a throw down plate
2. Hitters-do your dry cuts to different locations in the zone
3. Teams-use phrases and words with meaning (“great work!” doesn’t apply a lot of the time)
