Ego lends itself to failure. To avoid that, lose your ego. You aren’t entitled or owed, so earn it. Don’t quit when adversity hits. Be able to take constructive criticism & realize you don’t have all the answers. Learn to listen a lot more than you speak & don’t be hard to coach!
