Sad ... but true. According to Oklahoma Athletic Trainer, Scott Anderson, NCAA Division I athletes have a four times higher chance of dying in an off-season workout than trauma caused by sports. Time to hold strength coaches accountable for evidence-based best practices.

Appreciate the sentiment, but Cx management should not be just a personal responsibility. Coaches, management & sporting organisations; as well as media (inc club comms), must take responsibility through policy & protocols, but also culture change to not rush players back quickly
