It’s “Terrific Tuesday” as we did our “Shooting/Skill Challenge” today.
Lilly was the only one to qualify but everyone is getting better🏀👍

Its ….”Work Harder Wednesday💪🏻”…..off season is the time to get better on your skills. Yesterday we did Challenge # 3- we had one that qualified - Allie🥳- great job!
It’s a good “day” to be a “KNIGHT!!!”

It’s…..”Motivation Monday”….we are spending spring on player development. We break down gds and fds and then put them together.
I also like this drill- it includes conditioning shooting- 2:30 min-30 sec-5 spots - if you miss you sprint to half ct (go both ends)losers run!
