Please test before going out. Mandates on isolation are to go in Oz but recommendations to iso are still strong. For good reason. Stopping the chain of transmission could be life saving for someone, even someone close to you, and will prevent acute & chronic illness in others.

Given what we know about the *chronic* impacts of COVID on health, and that you accrete damage cumulatively when you catch COVID more than once, we should continue to encourage indoor masking until we have a pan-COVID vaccine
