May is Mental Health Awareness Month. Our theme: Embrace Your Inner Superhero: Cultivating Mental Wellness Across Eight Dimensions. Our mission is to harness the power of holistic wellness by delving into the eight dimensions that serve as the pillars of our mental well-being.

Last week Georgia Regional Hospital Atlanta and West Central Georgia Regional Hospital came to Central Office to meet for the Spring Governing Body meetings! As much as we love visiting our state hospitals, it was great to see familiar faces in central office!
